Description

You will create browser-based learning materials that combine programming, 2D/3D graphics, real-time simulations, and interactive mechanics (e.g., virtual labs, simulators, logic games, and escape-room experiences). The work spans implementation of models and real-time logic, visualization, educational game mechanics, reporting/export for learners and teachers, and performance/accessibility improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create interactive educational materials that run in the browser
• Implement real-time models of phenomena and mechanisms
• Build 2D/3D visualizations and interactive graphical elements
• Implement learning mechanics such as difficulty levels, hints, scoring, randomness, and gamification
• Create charts, animations, trajectories, vectors, and other data/phenomenon visualizations
• Prepare learner/teacher reports and results, including PDF and CSV export
• Ensure application performance on older devices and mobile
• Implement solutions compliant with WCAG accessibility standards
• Collaborate with scenario authors, graphic designers, accessibility experts, and the rest of the team
• Participate in sprints, code reviews, and technical decisions for implementation approaches

Requirements

• Very good JavaScript knowledge (language and programming fundamentals, not only a specific framework)
• Experience building interactive web applications
• Practical knowledge of browser graphics and rendering performance
• Comfort with math used in programming: vectors, coordinate systems, basic physics, and probability
• Ability to work from documentation, specifications, and provided scenarios
• Knowledge of Git
• Experience working in an Agile methodology
• Independence in selecting the right implementation approach for each problem
