Description

You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile and web HTML games using JavaScript and TypeScript. The role includes optimizing performance across devices and browsers and collaborating with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality gaming experiences. You will maintain strong code quality through code reviews and continuous integration, while following industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient mobile and web HTML games using JavaScript and TypeScript
• Optimize game performance across different devices and internet browsers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, other developers)
• Ensure code quality through thorough code reviews and continuous integration
• Monitor industry trends and implement best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of documented experience building mobile and web HTML games (required)
• 3+ years of JavaScript programming experience (required)
• Practical experience with Spine animations (large advantage)
• Strong experience porting games to mobile devices and various web browsers (large advantage)
• Extensive experience with PIXI framework (large advantage)
• Proficiency in TypeScript (large advantage)
• Solid understanding of Agile methods, especially Scrum
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and bring complex projects to completion
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and teamwork
