Description

In the Marketing Communications team, you design and build digital communication experiences for dm customers—from personalized CRM campaigns and newsletters to automated customer communication solutions. You own and develop the IT systems and technology products enabling marketing and improving customer experience, including their architecture and ongoing evolution. The work spans backend services (Spring Boot/Java microservices) and frontend development support (React/React Native), with cloud-native implementation on Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack solutions for communication systems: concept, implementation, go-live, and production maintenance

• Design, develop, and improve backend services using Spring Boot and Java within microservices architecture

• Support frontend implementation with React and React Native, ensuring scalability and consistent UX

• Work with product and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Advise on maintaining and evolving services on Google Cloud Platform while ensuring reliability and observability

• Co-create concepts for LLM-based agents to automate communications

• Actively contribute to agile ways of working with the product team

Requirements

• Polish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)

• Several years of full-stack application development with strong frontend focus and solid backend knowledge (Spring Boot and Kotlin/Java)

• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Cloud Build, BigQuery) and cloud-native architecture

• Proficiency in modern software engineering practices: CI/CD (GitLab), microservices, observability, and monitoring

• Experience working in agile teams
