Description

You will design, develop, and maintain software using Java/Kotlin on the backend and React on the frontend as an expert in full-stack development. The work includes creating automated tests and maintaining high software quality standards while collaborating with an agile product team. Projects may cover areas such as e-commerce development, store sales support, supply chain automation, product/pricing/payment management, and operational analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions with Java, Kotlin, and React

• Create automated tests and ensure high software quality

• Deliver IT services following best software engineering practices

• Collaborate with an agile product team on product development

• Coordinate with internal experts and stakeholders across project areas

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of Java and/or Kotlin development experience

• Minimum 2 years of React experience

• At least 2 years of experience delivering services or projects as a senior developer

• Polish C1, German B2/C1, English B2

• Documented experience with cloud services (GCP) and deploying applications there

• Ability to work effectively in an agile project environment

• Practical knowledge of AI tools supporting software development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor)

• Experience delivering high-quality software using Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery

• Proactive, open to taking initiative

• Willingness to continuously develop skills and share knowledge

• Strong focus on security of the IT solutions
