Description

Own the product strategy for the evolution of the Windows Feedback Hub and for how Windows teams use feedback and telemetry to make better product and engineering decisions. In partnership with engineering, data science, research, support, and communications, you will turn complex signals into prioritized plans, measurable outcomes, and customer-impacting improvements for Windows quality. You will also have opportunities to deepen expertise in large-scale quality systems, product analytics, customer feedback, and responsible AI-assisted analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy, success measures, and feedback loops for Windows customer feedback experiences, including the Windows Feedback Hub.
• Use customer feedback, telemetry, reliability, release, and other product signals to identify opportunities to improve Windows quality.
• Explore AI-assisted capabilities to improve feedback quality, analysis, issue detection, and engineering efficiency.
• Synthesize complex technical and customer inputs into clear recommendations for engineering teams and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree AND 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
• Pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading product strategy and delivery in a large technology environment.
• Proven success partnering across engineering, design, and business teams to ship products from inception through launch.
• Ability to apply domain-specific technical knowledge to deliver product designs and specifications that achieve business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex ideas to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated big data experience, including the ability to produce actionable insights and reports.
