Description

You will support the creation and ongoing work on information, ticketing, and sales systems for public transport, including modern tools such as mobile applications and an e-shop. The role covers analysis and planning of data processing, building internal dashboards from available PID system data, maintaining fare-related reference lists, and coordinating tariff and technical integration with neighboring regions. You will also prepare and coordinate tariff changes, analyze their impact, and ensure implementation into the relevant systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing information, ticketing, and sales systems (including mobile and e-shop)
• Analyze and plan data processing activities and prepare project documentation
• Create internal data dashboards from PID system data
• Manage and administer fare-related reference dictionaries for passenger transport
• Coordinate tariff and technical integration with neighboring regional transport systems
• Administer and monitor software tools essential to system operation
• Prepare, discuss, and implement PID fare/tariff changes across systems
• Analyze impacts of tariff changes and tariff arrangements in the Central Bohemian Region
• Create inter-regional tariff overlaps and collaborate with neighboring regions
• Prepare materials for meetings of regional authorities

Requirements

• Completed secondary or university education (SŠ/VŠ)
• Understanding of public transport domain
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsibility and strong communication
• Familiarity with relevant software and duties (advantage)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Valid driving license, Category B (active driver)
• Suitable for graduates
