Description

Lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, from requirements gathering through go-live and stabilization. Translate business needs into functional requirements and ERP solution designs while advising key stakeholders on best practices. Configure and tailor Dynamics 365 F&O modules, support integrations and data migrations, and coordinate testing (including UAT) and training.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O projects: requirements, implementation, go-live, and stabilization

• Analyze business processes and facilitate workshops with stakeholders (finance, operations, sales, etc.)

• Turn business needs into functional requirements and solution designs

• Configure and tailor Dynamics 365 F&O modules (e.g., General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Reporting)

• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and extension development

• Provide ERP and Dynamics best-practice guidance to business stakeholders

• Support testing phases (including UAT) and coordinate user training

• Provide post-go-live support, coaching, and continuous improvement recommendations

• Create and maintain functional documentation, specifications, and test plans

Requirements

• Senior experience in leading and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)

• Strong knowledge of ERP processes for finance and/or operations

• Experience in functional design, configuration, and customization of system modules

• Experience with system integrations and data migration

• Experience managing stakeholders and facilitating business workshops

• Knowledge of cloud-based enterprise solutions

• Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
