Description

Configure network access devices and help ensure stable network operations. Perform remote diagnostics and solve technical and operational network issues, including one-off tasks and customer/operator requests. Support the implementation of new service categories using modern networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Configure access network equipment and maintain reliable operations
• Conduct remote diagnostics and resolve network problems
• Handle one-time projects assigned by the team lead
• Receive and address customer requirements from contact center operators
• Assist with implementing new service categories

Requirements

• Secondary or university education (SŠ/VŠ)
• Ideally familiar with Internet, data networks L2/L3, Ethernet, and IP routing
• Advantage: experience with wireless technologies and data transmission
• Responsibility, reliability, analytical thinking, independence, and strong teamwork
