• Role: Cisco Network Administrator / Network Specialist (Enterprise networking)

Description

You will design, administer, operate, monitor, and develop enterprise network infrastructure across European locations. The role includes Cisco switching, routing, and WLAN administration, as well as Cisco ISE/NAC and Palo Alto firewall management. You will help implement security and networking standards, troubleshoot incidents, and support network documentation and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer, operate, and develop LAN, WAN, and WLAN across European sites

• Ensure availability, performance, and stability of network services

• Diagnose and resolve network incidents and outages

• Manage and configure Cisco network technologies (switching, routing, WLAN)

• Administer Cisco ISE and NAC access control solutions

• Manage and configure Palo Alto firewalls

• Implement network/security rules, segmentation, and protection of network communications

• Collaborate on standardizing network architecture across European facilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation

• Coordinate with external vendors and support infrastructure projects

• Monitor new trends and technologies in networking and security

• Participate in day-to-day IT operations

Requirements

• Technical secondary or university education

• 3+ years of experience administering enterprise networks

• Experience with Cisco network technologies

• Knowledge of routing and switching technologies

• Firewall administration experience (Palo Alto preferred)

• Experience with NAC solutions and network access control

• Ability to solve complex network problems and analyze incident causes

• Basic knowledge of network security and segmentation

• Advantage: experience in a manufacturing environment

• English level enabling daily communication

• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

• Independence, responsibility, and teamwork in an international environment
