Description

You will test AI tools and chatbots and improve the quality of generated responses from AI models. The role includes designing, writing, and optimizing prompts for LLMs, creating AI-focused test scenarios, and evaluating response quality and correctness. You will collaborate with developers and data scientists to enhance AI solution effectiveness and take part in CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Test AI tools and chatbots

• Design, write, and optimize prompts for AI models and LLMs

• Create test scenarios for AI-based solutions

• Evaluate quality, relevance, and correctness of AI-generated responses

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and prepare test reports

• Collaborate with development and data science teams to improve AI solutions

• Participate in CI/CD processes

• Develop tools supporting AI testing and prompt optimization

Requirements

• Experience as a tester, particularly with AI-based solutions

• Experience designing, writing, and optimizing prompts for language models (LLMs)

• Practical knowledge of test tools such as Selenium or PyTest

• Experience testing APIs and web applications

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Knowledge of the HTTP protocol

• Knowledge of REST and SOAP

• Practical experience with Jira

• Analytical approach, accuracy, creativity, and independence
