Description

Lead the IT Infrastructure function, managing the network across the main administration, ~20 branches, and two data centers, including routing, switching, and network security. Oversee telecommunications technology, virtualized server environments with centralized storage and backup, and monitor operational IT security with vulnerability management. Drive best practices and standards, lead key IT projects, and provide people leadership and development for the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT Infrastructure area together with the team

• Operate and secure the network (routing, switching, network security) for HQ, branches, and two data centers

• Administer the telecom system covering office and call center technology

• Support the virtualized server environment including centralized storage and backup

• Monitor operational IT security and perform vulnerability management

• Promote and develop employees as a leader

• Advance best practices, norms, and standards

• Lead important IT projects to successful outcomes

• Participate in the leadership team and help shape the future of IT with new ideas

Requirements

• Completed IT degree or adequate vocational training

• Deep technical expertise in at least one responsibility area

• Ideally experience in leadership (people leadership, project lead, or team lead)

• Ideally experience with ITIL or ISO 27001

• Proactive, initiative-driven mindset and new ideas

• Situational leadership style to recognize and strengthen different team strengths

• Clear, solution-oriented communication with team, leadership, and external partners

• Tactful approach to various stakeholders and ability to build lasting relationships
