Description

Manage all aspects of the product portfolio lifecycle to meet or exceed P&L or DSM goals across commercial & industrial (C&I) or mass segments. Own the portfolio’s marketing mix, communications, training, and support needs, and drive effective product delivery and customer satisfaction. Build budgets and sales/DSM forecasts, track performance against targets, and ensure programs are implemented within applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the corporation’s product market vision, plans, and status to meet market needs and product goals

• Oversee portfolio strategies to align with corporate and customer needs

• Implement the portfolio marketing mix: pricing, sales channels, launch activities, acquisition and retention, lifecycle management, and customer migration paths

• Lead daily portfolio issues across segments to meet goals

• Provide work direction to achieve portfolio targets

• Develop budgets and sales forecasts, and set DSM and profitability goals

• Track portfolio and product performance versus targets; maintain accountability to product P&L

• Ensure programs are implemented within regulatory policies and requirements for each state

• Champion recommendations to Product Development for new technologies

• Ensure product content and prices are accurate

Requirements

• College degree required

• 4 years of experience in marketing, product management, or product development

• Proven team and peer leadership with excellent communication skills

• For DSM portfolio management: 2 years of experience with regulatory requirements and conservation programs (mandatory)
