Description

You will analyze clients’ HR business needs, create business/technical concepts and specifications, and support HR transformation using SAP SuccessFactors. The role includes implementation, migrations to SAP S/4HANA for HR, data migration and integrations, as well as client workshops, requirement gathering, and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business needs and develop business-technical concepts/specifications for SAP HR solutions

• Build client development roadmaps/strategies

• Implement SAP SuccessFactors and support migrations to SAP S/4HANA for HR (including international projects)

• Support sales processes

• Maintain strong business relationships with clients

• Collaborate with other teams across project delivery

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HR processes and practical experience with SAP HR / SAP SuccessFactors

• Minimum 3 full SAP SuccessFactors implementation cycles as a consultant (requirements analysis, configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, production go-live support)

• In-depth practical knowledge of at least one SAP SuccessFactors module with an up-to-date certification (multiple certifications preferred)

• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions

• Experience leading client workshops to collect requirements and present solutions

• Experience preparing project documentation (configuration documentation, test scenarios, user instructions, workshop materials)

• Knowledge of data migration to SAP SuccessFactors, including migration template preparation, data validation, and error identification

• Fluent English communication for project meetings and collaboration with international teams

• Very good communication, analytical, and organizational skills; strong teamwork ability
