Description

As a Principal Graphics and Visual Designer, you will lead the development of visual design solutions across products and packaging. This role emphasizes graphic design, visual storytelling, brand expression, and product visual identity. You will work closely with Industrial Designers, Packaging Engineers, CMF teams, Brand, Software, Marketing, and external partners to create cohesive, meaningful, and impactful customer experiences.

You will create and evolve visual design concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, manufacturability, and business impact—while translating design trends into future product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual design solution development for products and packaging
• Produce product logos and develop visual language systems for product families
• Create compelling renderings using strong visual design and 3D visualization skills
• Translate emerging design trends into future visual product experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end customer experiences

Requirements

• Exceptional graphic design expertise
• Deep understanding of product aesthetics and visual identity systems
• Strong 3D visualization capability
• Ability to generate renderings and develop visual identity elements (e.g., logos)
• Ability to partner effectively across industrial design, packaging, CMF, brand, software, marketing, and external collaborators
