Description

You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, map field service business processes, configure Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), and support end-to-end delivery—from functional design through testing and go-live. You will create functional specifications, facilitate workshops, prepare training materials, and ensure documentation is complete and aligned to project standards.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle OFSC implementations
• Support functional design and process mapping for field service operations
• Configure Oracle OFSC based on business needs and best practices
• Prepare functional specifications and support integration discussions with technical teams
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders
• Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and go-live activities
• Create training materials and provide user support during deployment
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned to project standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end field service solutions

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience)
• If Associate Degree, minimum 6 years work experience
