Description

Lead and coach a team of SAP specialists supporting Finance and Order Fulfillment applications, with full ownership of operational performance and stability. Translate business needs from Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain into a prioritized SAP application roadmap, and drive standardization and automation across Record-to-Report and Order-to-Cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop SAP Finance and Order Fulfillment specialists; set clear direction and priorities, provide regular feedback.

• Own operational performance and stability of the Finance and Order Fulfillment application landscape (SAP ECC FI/CO, SD and related solutions), including incident, problem, and change management with AMS partners.

• Resolve escalations and make decisions; ensure accountability for results across the team and partners.

• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain stakeholders to deliver agreed improvements and application roadmaps.

• Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement to reduce manual effort and strengthen data quality.

• Lead external vendor/AMS relationships (service levels, deliverable quality, and cost efficiency) and challenge solutions to secure best value.

• Contribute to SAP and Finance transformation initiatives, representing Finance & Order Fulfillment in solution design, testing, and deployment.

• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, internal controls, and IT security requirements.
