Requirements

• 3 years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience

• 1 year of leadership experience

• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems

• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodations)

• Proven ability to use tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching/counseling

• Ability to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
