Description

You will participate in advisory projects supporting clients in identifying cyber vulnerabilities, analyzing risk, and improving cyber readiness in response to attacks. The work includes threat modeling, designing and implementing security management systems (ISMS) and business continuity management systems (BCMS), and advising on security architecture, processes, and procedures. You will also prepare project documentation and present results to clients; at Senior Consultant level, you may lead selected project streams and support the growth of junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cyber risk analyses and threat modeling

• Support clients in designing and delivering cyber transformation programs

• Design, implement, and improve ISMS

• Support the build and maintenance of BCMS

• Advise on security architecture, cyber processes, and cyber procedures

• Analyze regulatory requirements and support adaptation to DORA, NIS2, UKSC, CER, and other frameworks

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and recommendations

• Participate in workshops and present project outcomes to clients

• (Senior) Independently lead selected project streams and support junior team members

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cyber security, information security, IT risk management, or technology consulting

• Knowledge of cyber security, risk management, and security regulations/standards

• Experience with information security, risk analysis, regulatory compliance, or cyber transformation projects

• Ability to analyze business and technology problems and recommend solutions

• Very good communication skills and ability to build client relationships

• Teamwork skills and ability to independently manage assigned tasks

• Higher education (technical/IT/math preferred)

• Very good knowledge of Polish and English (spoken and written)

• Additional advantage: familiarity with DORA, NIS2, UKSC, CER, ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS
