Description

You’ll build practical retail automation solutions by converting concrete requirements into functional code, using AI daily—especially Claude Code. The work includes developing specific application functions and tools, then testing, iterating, and improving the results. The team values real prior projects and demonstrated outputs over years of experience or a perfect CV.

Responsibilities

• Develop specific functions, tools, and parts of applications based on provided requirements

• Use AI in development every day, particularly Claude Code

• Translate concrete tasks into working solutions

• Test, iterate, and further improve the solutions you build

• Work on projects under the guidance of experienced colleagues

• Bring your own ideas and help find new solutions

Requirements

• Claude Code used at a professional level

• Have built your own application/tool/automation (or a similar project)

• Understand software development fundamentals to correctly prompt AI tasks, work with resulting code, and solve problems

• Ability to quickly get up to speed on requirements and deliver a functional result

• Enjoy AI and new technologies

• Ability to describe your projects and show concrete outputs (links, GitHub, demos, screenshots, etc.)
