Description

You will support modernization of core insurance information systems by designing and delivering Oracle- and Delphi-based solutions that advance the organization’s digital transformation. The role involves development, technical specification and documentation, Agile (Scrum) collaboration, and testing to ensure system stability. You will also troubleshoot issues across development and deployment while communicating progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect new solutions within Oracle and Delphi-based information systems

• Develop and implement efficient, sustainable, high-quality code

• Create detailed technical specifications and comprehensive design documentation

• Produce technical and administrative documentation for project continuity

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units using Agile (Scrum)

• Conduct testing to verify functionality and system stability

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues during development and deployment

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about technical concepts and project updates

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Delphi development experience

• Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge

• Hands-on experience with SQL Developer, Git, Jenkins, and JIRA

• Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments

• Troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical problems

• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Existing legal right to work in the European Union
