Description

You will develop and maintain business-critical applications built with Delphi, design and implement new features, and work on changes in Oracle-based systems. You’ll analyze business needs with users, collaborate with developers, analysts, and testers in an Agile environment, and support testing and deployments. You’ll also prepare technical and project documentation and maintain high code quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Delphi-based applications

• Design and implement new functionalities

• Implement changes in systems based on Oracle

• Prepare technical and project documentation

• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with users on delivered solutions

• Work with the development team, analysts, and testers in Agile

• Participate in testing and deployment of prepared solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Delphi development

• Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge

• Comfortable using SQL Developer

• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence

• Ability to use AI tools to improve coding and documentation work

• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)

• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems effectively

• Relevant university degree

• English proficiency for technical documentation

• Commitment to code and documentation quality

• Good self-organization
