Description

You will partner with customers to understand their business processes, analyze needs, configure and implement the ERP system Byznys, and support users after go-live. The role includes online and on-site work directly with customers and close collaboration with the development team. You will be trained thoroughly at the start and will gradually take on more independent and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with users, analyze their needs, and propose suitable solutions
• Design, configure, and implement system changes
• Implement ERP solutions
• Train users and provide ongoing support
• Cooperate with the development team
• Work both online and in person at customer sites

Requirements

• Solid orientation in business processes, economics, and accounting
• Understand the relationships between processes and how they reflect in accounting
• Analytical mindset with ability to find connections
• Ability to independently communicate and clearly explain solutions
• Responsible and well-organized independent work
• Driver’s license category B
• Willingness to work online and on-site
