Senior OTC Delivery Lead

The Senior OTC Delivery Lead is crucial for leading Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in a global SAP transformation initiative. The role ensures effective alignment between business needs and IT solutions during the SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Main Responsibilities

• Own and lead the OTC workstream within the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Drive global design and standardization of OTC processes, including Order Management, Billing, Credit Management and Collections.
• Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, IT and external implementation partners.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from blueprint and design through go-live and hypercare.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Support change management and drive adoption across regions.
• Coordinate dependencies with other workstreams, including Finance and Supply Chain.

Key Requirements

• 8–10+ years of SAP experience, with strong Order-to-Cash expertise.
• Proven track record in global SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA.
• Experience as a Delivery Lead, Stream Lead or similar role in large transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of integrations, including Finance, Logistics and eCommerce.
• Solid senior-level stakeholder management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Experience with agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience in international project environments.
• Familiarity with financial and supply chain processes.
• Cross-cultural communication abilities.
