Description

You will take responsibility for managing technical orders from handover through successful completion. The role includes coordinating the implementation team, managing the schedule, budget and quality, and ensuring smooth communication between the customer, suppliers, and internal teams. You’ll also plan and oversee acceptance testing, hand over the project, and support project close-out and documentation readiness.

Responsibilities

• Take over projects from the Sales department and break them down into work packages

• Set the time and financial plan for project implementation

• Analyze and manage project risks

• Create supplier system / sourcing approach

• Manage material and human resources

• Manage project time and quality

• Manage project financial resources

• Lead site/build activities (construction management)

• Manage changes in the project

• Report project implementation status and verify completeness of project documentation

• Plan and manage acceptance tests and hand over the project to the client

• Evaluate and close the project

• Provide technical support collaboration with Sales and Marketing

Requirements

• Minimum upper-secondary technical education (preferably electrical)

• PC proficiency (MS Office, MS Project)

• Reliability, organizational skills, communication skills, independence

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project design, order management, or operation of technology units

• Ability to work with technical documentation, drawings, and schematics

• Driver’s license category B
