Description

You will develop, maintain, and refactor the university’s SAP ERP customer applications and Z-customizations in an SAP ERP 6.0 environment (EHP7 / NetWeaver 7.4). The work includes analysis, design, and implementation of enhancements—especially in SAP HR/HCM and related modules—production incident troubleshooting (L2/L3), form/output development (Adobe Forms, SmartForms, SAPscript), and SAP integrations with other university systems. You will also manage transport packages via STMS and provide technical documentation and consulting support for key users during new releases.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop customer applications and SAP enhancements
• Develop and modify SAP modules, particularly Personnel Administration and Payroll (SAP HR/HCM) and dependent modules
• Maintain, develop, and refactor existing Z-applications and customer modifications
• Diagnose errors and fix production incidents (L2/L3 support)
• Create and maintain print forms and outputs (Adobe Forms, SmartForms, SAPscript)
• Collaborate on integration between SAP and other university systems
• Manage development packages and transport changes using STMS
• Create technical documentation and provide consulting support for key users during new releases

Requirements

• University/secondary education in IT/computer science (or equivalent practical experience)
• ABAP / ABAP OO programming knowledge
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Analytical thinking, ability to work independently, and communicate with users
• Technical/passive English for reading documentation and SAP Notes
