Description

You will work in an agile Scrum team to design, develop, and optimize SAP business workflows and processes. Responsibilities include analysis, technical design, and implementation of requirements across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD), building interfaces for system integrations, and maintaining technical documentation. You will also perform support defect analysis and fixes, and carry out quality assurance through software testing such as unit tests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SAP business workflows and business processes in collaboration with SAP developers and SAP application managers
• Analyze, technically design, and implement requirements for SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, and SD
• Act as a technical contact for integrating Web solutions and external systems
• Create and update concepts for software changes/new developments and technical documentation
• Support incident/problem handling: perform error analysis and fixes
• Perform quality assurance, including software testing (e.g., unit tests)

Requirements

• Training in IT (IT specialist) or a degree in computer science, or comparable qualification; alternatively, proven software development experience
• Proven ABAP and ABAP OO development experience
• Good knowledge of SAP interfaces and services: Web services, BAPI, RFC (IDoc, XML, SOAP, REST, EDI, CDS views)
• Experience with development tools: Eclipse, ABAP Workbench, SAP Business Application Studio
• Experience in form development with Adobe Forms
• Careful working style, analytical thinking, and strong team skills
• Fluent German (C1 or higher) and good English skills
• Ideally experience with SAP on HANA and/or SAP S/4 and working with databases
