Description

You will take over development tasks and help steer individual developments in the context of the S/4HANA transformation. The work includes customer-specific ABAP development, interface design between SAP and external systems, and creating technical concepts and programming templates. You will also perform tests to ensure the required functionality and collaborate closely with stakeholders across IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of development tasks and manage individual developments for the S/4HANA transformation
• Develop customer-specific requirements in ABAP, including reports and dialog programs
• Design and implement interfaces between SAP and external systems
• Create technical concepts and programming templates based on customer requirements
• Focused development in SAP modules: SD, PS, CO, CS
• Execute tests to verify that the delivered solutions meet functional requirements
• Work closely with IT project stakeholders and advise on consistent solution approaches

Requirements

• Multi-year experience in ABAP development
• Practical experience developing reports and dialog programs in ABAP
• Knowledge of SAP-to-external system interface development
• Ideally experience with interface development on SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
• Proven experience successfully delivering IT projects
• Practical experience performing professional testing
• Strong responsibility and cost awareness; professional customer communication
• Good teamwork and social competence, combined with independent working style
• Secure communication in German and English (written and spoken)
