Description

You will shape and own the overall testing strategy for a Europe-wide digital identity solution, helping establish the project’s qualitative QA standards from the beginning. The work covers end-to-end testing across mobile applications, the backend, and integration interfaces, with a strong emphasis on security, reliability, and data protection. You will collaborate with analysts, developers, architects, and business stakeholders and contribute to quality process setup across the project.

Responsibilities

• Design and define the test strategy for the entire project
• Prepare test concepts, plans, and the testing approach for solution components
• Ensure end-to-end coverage across mobile apps, backend, and integration interfaces
• Identify testing risks and propose mitigation approaches
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Propose test scenarios and test data
• Contribute to setting up quality processes across the program

Requirements

• Several years of experience in test analysis or QA on complex IT projects
• Ability to lead QA quality from strategy, processes, and practical test execution
• Understanding of modern system architecture and ability to navigate integration environments
• Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
• Independent, proactive mindset with ownership of assigned scope
• Technical university degree (IT)
• Excellent Czech/Slovak and English proficiency
• Advantage: experience with security, authentication, digital identity, e-government, or systems with high reliability and data-protection requirements
