Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Data projects—from discovery to production—covering GenAI product development, ML product development, and AI platform enablement. You will own delivery scope, schedule, quality, and budget, while bridging technology and business to deliver expected outcomes and value. You will also serve as the main client contact, manage risks and financials, and ensure legal, ethical, and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between technology and business; understand business cases, project purpose, expected outcomes, and delivered value

• Manage full lifecycle of AI initiatives (GenAI, ML)

• Own delivery scope, schedule, quality, and budget

• Lead multidisciplinary global teams and ensure alignment across engineering and client stakeholders

• Act as main delivery contact for clients and build trusted relationships

• Oversee risk, financials, and contract adherence

• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and security standards in AI

• Mentor team members and promote delivery and engineering excellence

Requirements

• Strong client-facing, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills

• 3+ years in GenAI and traditional ML delivery management (e.g., RAG-based applications, chatbots, recommender systems, forecasting systems)

• 3+ years prior engineering experience (e.g., Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, DevOps, Python engineer)

• Solid understanding of GenAI and ML technologies and data management fundamentals

• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks)

• Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams

• Ability to enforce engineering excellence and work closely with solution architects
