Description

You will design and build resilient backend services for a high-scale logistics platform, processing millions of logistics events daily. The role emphasizes you build it, you run it autonomy—owning services end-to-end from architecture through delivery and deployment. You’ll help shape the backend infrastructure powering pickup, sorting, depots, and last-mile delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver high-throughput, low-latency backend systems

  • Build and maintain resilient RESTful APIs and service architectures (modular monoliths and/or microservices)

  • Optimize relational data access in PostgreSQL using Entity Framework Core under high concurrency

  • Contribute to event-driven, distributed processing using Azure Service Bus or Kafka

  • Improve reliability and availability through caching and optimization strategies

  • Work in cloud-native production environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD

  • Lead architectural reviews and mentor engineers to raise code quality

Requirements

  • Extensive experience architecting high-throughput, low-latency backend systems using C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

  • Mastery of resilient RESTful APIs and experience with modular monoliths and microservices

  • Deep expertise in PostgreSQL and Entity Framework Core optimization under high-concurrency workloads

  • Pragmatic experience with legacy protocols (SOAP/WCF)

  • Hands-on production experience in cloud-native environments using Docker and Kubernetes, plus CI/CD

  • Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed messaging via Azure Service Bus or Kafka

  • Solid grasp of caching and optimization techniques to ensure high availability and eventual consistency

  • Understanding of backend considerations for mobile integration: payload optimization, offline sync, push notifications, API versioning

  • Proven technical leadership: mentoring engineers, driving code quality, and leading architectural reviews

  • Full ownership across the SDLC from design to delivery

  • Fluent English (at least B2)
