Description

Build and adjust backend APIs in Java/Kotlin within a microservices architecture and develop responsive frontend web components in React. Create greenfield services that run outside the core market but integrate with platform services such as payments, login, and search—delivering fast with support from AI and agentic development tools. Integrate the frontend with the backend and the mobile app, including checkout funnels and registration flows.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mocks
• Design and adjust REST APIs for microservices and external partner integrations
• Build responsive frontend components, checkout funnels, and registration paths
• Integrate frontend with backend and the mobile app
• Develop new greenfield services and connect them to platform services (payments, login, search)

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Java and/or Kotlin and confidence working with microservices
• Hands-on frontend experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (ideally React)
• Understanding of REST API principles
• Experience working with JSON data and consuming backend endpoints
• Ability to switch between backend and frontend; problem-solver mindset
• Flexibility in a not-yet-defined area
• Experience with AI/agentic development tools
• English B2+ and Polish
• Right to work in Poland
