Description

Provide expert functional and technical guidance for SAP MM and related O2C/P2P processes, supporting the design, development, and delivery of application changes in a global environment. You will advise on SAP and integrations with non-SAP systems, manage delivery in a Kanban environment, and ensure enhancements follow client principles, patterns, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide applications expertise for SAP and integrations to non-SAP systems

• Plan and manage application change delivery in a Kanban environment

• Ensure O2C/P2P enhancements follow client principles, patterns, and standards

• Produce formal design documents and specifications for new solutions

• Clearly understand and communicate the relationship between business process and application functionality

• Build strong working relationships with external partners and consultants

• Support the Applications Support Manager to meet agreed service levels, including formal hand-over of newly developed solutions to the support organization

• Stay current on external developments in your applications area

• Support development of strategies, standards, policies, and procedures in the specialist area

Requirements

• 3+ years of SAP O2C or P2P consulting experience

• Deep understanding of ERP and proven experience delivering successful SAP technical-functional changes for a global company

• SAP MM qualification plus knowledge of SAP SD and SAP O2C/P2P

• Proof of three full-cycle SAP projects (or equivalent) with involvement across design, deployment, and rollout

• Background in Brownfield migration, system conversion, and new implementation/roll-out

• Skills in SAP integration (IDOC, EDI) and master data migration (LSMW, Migration Cockpit)

• Proficiency in ABAP debugging and Material Ledger (ML)

• Competency with Fiori UX, Fiori Apps, SAP AIN, SAP PDMS, and SAP Asset Manager

• Ability to translate business requirements and align them with packaged solutions

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English B2+)
