Description

Provide expert guidance and support for SAP MM application changes and integrations with non-SAP solutions, including design, development, and delivery in a global environment. Drive O2C/P2P enhancements according to client standards, produce formal design documentation, and ensure business-process and application functionality are aligned. Manage change delivery in a Kanban environment and perform formal handover of newly developed solutions to the support organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide application expertise for SAP and integrations to non-SAP systems
• Plan and manage application change delivery in a Kanban environment
• Ensure O2C/P2P enhancements follow client principles, patterns, and standards
• Create formal design documents and solution specifications
• Clarify and communicate the inter-relationship between business process and application functionality
• Build effective working relationships with external partners and consultants
• Support the Applications Support Manager to meet agreed service levels, including formal handover
• Stay up to date with external developments in your application area
• Support the development of strategies, standards, policies, and procedures in the specialist area

Requirements

• 3+ years of SAP O2C or P2P experience as a consultant
• Deep understanding of ERP and proven experience delivering SAP technical/functional changes for global companies
• Qualifications in SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP O2C/P2P
• Experience in three full-cycle SAP projects (or equivalent involvement from design through deployment)
• Background in Brownfield migration, system conversion, and/or new implementation or roll-out
• Skills in SAP Integration (IDOC, EDI) and master data migration (LSMW, Migration Cockpit)
• Proficiency in ABAP debugging and Material Ledger (ML)
• Competency in Fiori UX, Fiori Apps, SAP AIN, SAP PDMS, and SAP Asset Manager
• Ability to translate business requirements and align them with packaged solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• English proficiency: B2+ (written and verbal)
