Description

Provide expert guidance and support for SAP and integrated non-SAP solutions, focusing on the design, development, and delivery of application changes in a global environment. Ensure enhancements in the O2C/P2P area follow client Principles, Patterns, and Standards, and produce formal design documents and specifications. Drive successful implementation and migrations while aligning business process needs with application functionality and supporting handover to application support.

Responsibilities

• Provide applications expertise for SAP and integrations to non-SAP systems

• Plan and manage application change delivery in a Kanban environment

• Ensure O2C/P2P enhancements follow client Principles, Patterns, and Standards

• Create formal design materials (design documents and specifications)

• Communicate and validate the inter-relationship between business processes and application functionality

• Collaborate effectively with external partners and consultants to maximize business value

• Support the Applications Support Manager to meet service levels, including formal handover of newly developed solutions

• Stay up to date on external developments in the application area

• Support development of strategies, standards, policies, and procedures within the specialist domain

Requirements

• 3 years of SAP O2C or P2P experience as a consultant

• Deep understanding of ERP and proven experience delivering SAP technical-functional changes for global companies

• Qualifications in SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP O2C/P2P

• Demonstrated involvement in three full-cycle SAP projects (design through deployment)

• Experience with brownfield migration, system conversion, and/or new implementation/roll-out

• Skills in SAP integration (IDOC, EDI) and master data migration (LSMW, Migration Cockpit)

• Proficiency in debugging (ABAP) and Material Ledger (ML)

• Competence in Fiori UX, Fiori Apps, SAP AIN, SAP PDMS, and SAP Asset Manager

• Ability to translate business requirements and align them with packaged solutions

• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

• Excellent written and verbal English skills (B2+)
