Description

As a Senior SAP MM Consultant, you will provide application expertise for SAP and integrated non-SAP solutions, delivering application changes in a global setting. You will design and specify enhancements—especially in O2C/P2P—while ensuring business process and application functionality are clearly aligned. You will also support solution handover to the Application Support Organization and stay current on developments in your application area.

Responsibilities

• Provide application expertise for SAP and integration to non-SAP systems

• Plan and manage delivery of application changes in a Kanban environment

• Ensure O2C/P2P enhancements follow client principles, patterns, and standards

• Create formal design materials (design documents and specifications) for new solutions

• Communicate and ensure understanding of the inter-relationship between business process and application functionality

• Build effective working relationships with external partners and consultants

• Support the Applications Support Manager to meet agreed service levels, including formal handover of newly developed solutions

• Stay abreast of external developments to enable future opportunities

• Support development of strategies, standards, policies, and procedures within the specialist area

Requirements

• 3 years of SAP O2C or P2P experience as a consultant

• Deep understanding of ERP and proven experience delivering SAP technical/functional changes for global companies

• SAP MM qualifications plus SAP SD and SAP O2C/P2P

• Demonstrated involvement in three full-cycle SAP projects (or equivalent) from design through deployment

• Background in Brownfield migration, system conversion, and new implementation or roll-out

• Skills in SAP integration (IDOC, EDI) and master data migration (LSMW, Migration Cockpit)

• Proficiency in debugging (ABAP) and Material Ledger (ML)

• Competency in Fiori UX, Fiori Apps, SAP AIN, SAP PDMS, and SAP Asset Manager

• Ability to translate business requirements and align them with packaged solutions

• Strong interpersonal skills: communication, negotiation, influencing

• Excellent written and verbal English skills (B2+)
