Description

You will help clients turn business challenges into scalable, well-designed Microsoft solutions across Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. The role covers the full engagement lifecycle, from early discovery and pre-sales advisory through solution design and initial delivery. You will translate business goals into a coherent architecture and provide technical direction to ensure scalability, maintainability, security, and alignment with Microsoft best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution discovery and architecture discussions with clients and internal stakeholders
• Translate business objectives, processes, pain points, and requirements into solution concepts
• Challenge requirements and propose alternative approaches
• Design end-to-end solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform
• Define application and integration architecture across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure, and external systems
• Define integration approaches, APIs, data flows, authentication, and system boundaries
• Make and document key architectural decisions, principles, assumptions, and trade-offs
• Provide technical direction to developers and review implementation approaches
• Support pre-sales activities (discovery sessions, solution presentations, technical workshops, demonstrations, estimates, proposals)
• Prepare and present solution architecture documents and recommendations to both business and technical audiences
• Support the transition from opportunity to delivery and remain involved during the initial stages of implementation
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, limitations, and opportunities early in the engagement
• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft and Dynamics 365 best practices for long-term maintainability
• Contribute to reusable architecture patterns, accelerators, and best practices within the Dynamics 365 CE practice

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, Power Platform, solution architecture, or related areas
• Strong hands-on experience designing Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Strong understanding of Dataverse and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience designing integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems
• Good understanding of APIs, Azure services, authentication, data architecture, security, and application lifecycle management
• Experience working with multiple Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights)
• Experience leading technical discovery and solution design workshops
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, extensions, and boundaries between out-of-the-box functionality and custom development
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience working closely with developers, Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and other technical specialists
• Ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions and explain the reasoning behind them
• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Integration Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, or similar technologies
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Power Platform components
• Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, environment strategy, and ALM for Power Platform
• Experience with enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations and complex integrations
• Experience participating in pre-sales and shaping opportunities into implementable solutions
• Microsoft certification in Power Platform Solution Architecture, Dynamics 365 Functional Consulting, Solution Architecture, or related areas
