Description

As a Founding Engineer, you’ll be one of the first technical hires shaping the core product and infrastructure. You’ll work on hard, agentic AI and consumer software problems with full ownership and minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Scale infrastructure so AI agents operate reliably for millions of users

• Build state-of-the-art agentic UX

• Create observability, benchmarks, and evals for trillions of tokens

• Ensure each token delivers maximum value at minimum cost

• Build and maintain integrations with WhatsApp and iMessage

Requirements

• Exceptional engineer or founder with prior wins or significant outcomes

• Shipped agents to production at scale (real systems, real users)

• Values speed over process—iterates quickly and ships without waiting for sign-off

• Comfortable making decisions and shipping with minimal guidance

• Strong belief in personal AI as a top priority
