Description

Drive the engineering strategy, delivery, and operational excellence for the organization’s agentic AI operating system. Own solution architecture, development, operations, and continuous improvement to transform processes, products, and services into agentic AI products. Lead design and evolution of core agentic capabilities, set engineering standards and operating models, and deliver resilient, extensible AI services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and ongoing improvement of AI foundations enabling enterprise use cases
• Define and implement agentic AI foundational system, engineering standards, and development practices for scalability, reliability, repeatability, and continuous improvement
• Partner with product, data, infrastructure, security, and business teams to align platform capabilities with enterprise needs
• Oversee teams building reusable platform services, tools, and components for agentic AI products and workflows
• Drive modernization and integration connecting existing systems and processes to AI capabilities
• Monitor agentic operations and user feedback to identify improvements, resolve issues, and support continuous optimization
• Establish operating models, support processes, and governance practices for consistent delivery
• Communicate platform priorities, delivery progress, technical risks, and investment needs to senior leaders and stakeholders
