Description

Lead the technical delivery of data products by defining and applying technical standards, conducting code reviews, and governing data quality and performance, including RLS. Manage the Snowflake → dbt → semantic models chain and oversee incidents and post-mortems related to the data products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DAAS team in the development and industrialization of data products

• Define technical standards and ensure they are followed

• Prepare and conduct code reviews

• Ensure data quality, performance, and governance, including RLS management

• Coach and support the team for initiatives and projects

• Set up and manage the Snowflake → dbt → semantic models pipeline

• Handle incidents and run post-mortems for data products

Requirements (Must Haves)

• Snowflake expertise

• dbt expertise

• Experience in data modeling

• Proven communication skills

Nice to Haves

• CI/CD experience

• Knowledge of orchestration frameworks

• Documentation and testing skills for data models
