Description

You will help build a shared business information model and a common business language for data used in planning, reporting, and management across the Group. This role sits at the intersection of business, finance, and IT, translating reporting needs into coherent information architecture rather than acting as a traditional BI or Data Architect. Success depends on stakeholder collaboration, standard-setting, and architectural alignment across countries and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop a shared information model for financial, operational, and management domains

  • Define and maintain business dimensions, hierarchies, metrics, and data relationships

  • Analyze group-level and local reporting requirements and translate them into coherent architectural solutions

  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to align reporting standards and data definitions

  • Produce data catalogs, business dictionaries/glossaries, and information model documentation

  • Support harmonization of reporting and management processes across countries and business units

  • Ensure consistent data model implementation across ERP, planning platforms, and BI solutions

  • Collaborate with architects, analysts, Data Engineers, and external vendors for target solution implementation

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data architecture, business information architecture, or enterprise data modeling

  • Practical experience designing conceptual and logical models for reporting and analytics

  • Experience from transformation programs covering finance, reporting, or data management

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controlling, or FP&A processes

  • Ability to build consensus among multiple stakeholder groups in an international environment

  • Experience creating data management standards, business glossaries, metric catalogs, or reference models

  • Ability to connect business and analytical perspectives for strategic organizational needs

  • English proficiency (speaking and writing) at least B2+/C1
