Process Mining Consultant

We are currently searching for a skilled Process Mining Consultant to improve the company’s processes in collaboration with high-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess, validate, and improve business processes through process mining, analytics, and automation.
• Implement end-to-end processes with process mining tools such as Celonis, UiPath, ABBYY Timeline, and others—from system connection, data transformation, and data modeling to process analysis and optimization recommendations.
• Identify improvement potential and develop strategies to realize value.
• Facilitate training and coaching sessions for stakeholders on process mining tools.
• Develop process mining strategies and create a roadmap for successful implementation.

Requirements

• Education in computer science, information technology, business information technology, mathematics, or a similar field.
• Experience in data visualization using best practices with a strong end-user focus, using process mining and/or business intelligence tools.
• Experience extracting data from various sources, such as SAP, Oracle, and MS SQL.
• Data transformation and performance-optimized modeling skills.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and/or a similar language.
• Ability to understand business demands, gain relevant domain knowledge, and translate these into service priorities.
• Experience working with stakeholder groups and business users; ability to challenge requirements to achieve the best results.
• Ability to work independently and combine technical knowledge with communication skills.
• Several years of IT experience in cross-functional and international teams, such as business and data analytics or data-driven consulting.
• Fluent English for communication with stakeholders across departments.
• Strong presentation skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
