Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions that support business processes and manage backlog initiatives. The role includes building Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps, automating workflows with Power Automate Cloud Flows, modeling data in Dataverse, and integrating with Microsoft 365 services. You will also support testing and security-related coordination, create technical and user documentation, and participate in deployment and release management across DEV, TEST/UAT, and PROD.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions supporting backlog management for business initiatives
• Create applications to assess, prioritize, and monitor business ideas
• Define qualification processes for ideas to be implemented
• Design Power Platform Governance-related solutions
• Build Canvas Apps according to business requirements
• Create UI/UX components (forms, screens, dashboards, reusable components)
• Use Power Fx to implement business logic
• Build and configure Model-Driven Apps
• Test functionality and optimize application performance
• Support and coordinate security testing
• Create technical and user documentation
• Develop and evolve Power Automate flows, including approval processes
• Handle errors/exceptions and monitor flow execution
• Design Dataverse data structures (tables, relationships, views, forms)
• Implement business rules and data validation
• Optimize the data model for performance and scalability
• Use standard connectors and integrate with Microsoft 365 services
• Handle user requests, diagnose errors, and resolve incidents
• Work with DEV, TEST/UAT, and PROD environments
• Prepare deployment packages and support publication and release management
• Collaborate with Power Platform administrators during deployments

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience building Power Platform solutions
• Hands-on knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas Apps)
• Hands-on knowledge of Power Automate Cloud Flows
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Basic knowledge of Dataverse
• Knowledge of Power Fx
• Ability to analyze business requirements
• Experience testing and deploying solutions
• Knowledge of security basics and DLP
• Ability to maintain and develop existing solutions
• Independence and ownership of assigned tasks
• Good communication with business users
• Accountability for the quality of delivered solutions
• Motivation to grow within the Power Platform area
