Description

Join the team in Brno to help Czech businesses grow abroad through PPC. You’ll receive comprehensive training to learn strategic marketing thinking, manage and optimize PPC campaigns, and progressively build your own campaigns based on analysis and KPIs. You’ll work closely with a senior specialist and collaborate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Learn PPC fundamentals through workshops and practical assignments

• Work with a senior to understand clients, industries, target audiences, products, competitors, budgets, and goals

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize PPC campaigns; create new campaigns over time

• Use analytics and strategic thinking to identify next steps and deliver value against KPIs

• Communicate with clients, share ideas, and incorporate feedback

Requirements

• Able to collaborate with clients and work through feedback

• Enjoy working with numbers and using data to evaluate campaign performance and opportunities

• Natural interest in marketing and keeping up with it

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and willingness to improve (pivot tables required)

• Proactive attitude to ongoing learning

• English communication skills (at least basic/intermediate)

• Live in Brno area and be able to commute to the office for onboarding; hybrid schedule possible after independence
