• Role: Information Security Manager (Operational Resilience / Cyber Security)

Description

You will work in the Operational Resilience team and take on information security (cyber security) responsibilities. You will identify, assess, and control information security risks, monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and optimize the organization’s ISMS. You will also evaluate security weaknesses, support management reporting, coordinate risk-reduction measures, and steer risks related to AI usage and cloud services—while strengthening the security awareness concept against emerging AI threats.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage information security risks

• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

• Optimize and further develop the Information Security Management System (ISMS)

• Assess security vulnerabilities and support management reports and presentations

• Coordinate with business units and external partners to improve risk management and mitigation actions

• Manage risks arising from AI usage and cloud services

• Develop and enhance the security awareness concept in light of new AI-related threats

Requirements

• STEM degree (Mathematics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Technology) or equivalent

• Several years of relevant experience, including building an ISMS in financial institutions

• Experience implementing legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., DOR, ISO 2700x)

• Competence in cyber security, information security, and AI governance

• Strong communication skills, structured and results-oriented approach, ability to adapt quickly
