Description

You will be responsible for the development and adoption of the Copperleaf asset investment planning solution. You will prioritize requirements, evolve the product roadmap, and collaborate closely with Asset Management, network planning, controlling, and IT to deliver reliable, high-quality releases. You will also analyze existing processes and support colleagues during the rollout of new functionality.

Responsibilities

• Own the further development of the Copperleaf asset investment planning solution and ensure users can work with it efficiently and successfully

• Prioritize requirements and develop the product roadmap to maximize business value

• Translate business requirements into concrete solutions with Asset Management, Network Planning, Controlling, and IT

• Coordinate internal/external development partners and the central product team to bring innovations into practical use

• Plan and support releases, coordinate testing, and ensure reliable, high-quality delivery of new features

• Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities to work more efficiently and enable better decisions

• Support colleagues in introducing new features and actively drive knowledge transfer

• Shape the digital transformation in asset investment planning for the further development of energy networks

Requirements

• Completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Energy Economics or comparable)

• Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar interface role between business units and IT

• Ideally practical knowledge of Copperleaf, asset management systems, or investment planning processes

• Structured, independent working style with the ability to stay on top of complex topics

• Ability to bring together stakeholders and drive shared solutions

• Comfortable working in agile environments, with experience in requirements management and prioritization

• Analytical mindset; ability to challenge the status quo and find pragmatic solutions for complex challenges

• Confident communication in German (at least C1) and English (written and spoken)
