Description

You will lead the quality assurance effort for a distributed system used to streamline debt management processes across multiple markets. The role focuses on building and running functional, regression, and integration test scenarios, and automating UI, API, and end-to-end flows. You will also support CI/CD automation, validate REST and message-driven integrations, and monitor performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional, regression, and integration test scenarios in a complex distributed environment
• Partner with developers and Product Owners to define testing strategies aligned with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Automate test cases for UI, API, and end-to-end processes
• Validate system integrations and message-driven architectures using REST API testing and messaging queues
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and GitHub Actions
• Monitor performance and reliability using Grafana and track key performance indicators
• Improve quality by analyzing requirements and recommending quality standards
• Use Jira + Xray to manage tests and ensure traceability and documentation

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Tester or QA Engineer, including at least 2 years in a senior role
• Strong background testing distributed systems, microservices, and asynchronous messaging
• Practical knowledge of C#, .NET 10, and xUnit, plus automation tools like Cypress or Playwright
• Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with SQL, PostgreSQL, and containers (Docker or Kubernetes)
• Hands-on experience testing REST APIs and event-driven architectures
• Solid understanding of Agile and Domain-Driven Design methodologies
• Practical test management with Jira + Xray for traceability and documentation
• Good command of Polish
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union
