Description

You will work on migrating a large volume of existing CMS content and data to a new CMS environment while integrating with key external systems. The role emphasizes migration quality and completeness, preserving the existing content structure and URL addresses, and performing a safe production cutover without a risky “big bang” approach.

Responsibilities

• Build a content migration pipeline covering 18,925+ published nodes and taxonomy, ensuring data completeness and 1:1 URL mapping

• Inventory available media and migrate it

• Prepare and implement integrations with Partner Portal API, Marketplace API, and Seismic API

• Configure SSO/SAML according to the client’s current identity setup

• Support synchronization of Webform submissions with Pardot without redesigning the existing form processing process

• Create and use mechanisms for automatic validation of migration completeness and parity

• Support the production cutover process with emphasis on a safe migration (no “big bang” risk)

Requirements

• Practical experience migrating large CMS systems (Drupal/Acquia or other enterprise solutions)

• Experience with ETL and content migration

• Ability to map and transform data

• Experience with automated post-migration data validation, including completeness and correctness checks

• Understanding of migration and preservation of URLs, media, taxonomy, references, and relationships between content

• Practical knowledge of REST APIs and integration with external systems

• Experience planning and executing cutovers and production system migrations

• English B2+ (international team)

• Comfort working with technical documentation related to integrations

• Sanity knowledge is an additional advantage
