Description

Review and assess requests related to Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), ensuring proposed access complies with security requirements, follows least-privilege principles, and includes valid business justification.

Responsibilities

• Review ZIA security requests impacting URL filtering, cloud application controls, firewall rules, DLP, and threat-protection policies

• Assess destination requests and potential data exposure

• Evaluate requests for unauthorized access and document decisions with appropriate safeguards

• Verify changes against approvals

• Maintain an exception register

• Coordinate periodic reviews with relevant teams

Requirements

• Hands-on experience reviewing or administering ZIA policies

• Strong understanding of networking and security controls including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and TLS

• Ability to evaluate data-protection and access requirements

• Experience with governance and change management, including clear security communication

Nice to Have

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience

• Zscaler training or certification

• Security certification

• Experience with enterprise service-management tools
