Description

Design, support, and optimize global enterprise network and security infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, with an emphasis on scalable secure architectures and modernization. Lead P2/P3 network and security incident resolution through troubleshooting, RCA, and preventive actions, while partnering with global IT teams to deliver highly available, secure services using Zero Trust and SASE approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement secure, scalable enterprise network architectures for global offices, manufacturing sites, data centers, and Azure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve P2/P3 network and security incidents; perform RCA and preventive actions
  • Architect and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Internet, and cloud connectivity solutions
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco routing/switching/wireless; Cisco ISE; FortiGate firewalls; Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA); and Azure networking
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to deliver reliable enterprise services
  • Create HLD/LLD, implementation plans, SOPs, and technical documentation
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to network engineers and operations teams
  • Ensure network performance, security, availability, and compliance with enterprise standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise networking and security experience, including 3 years in solution architecture
  • Strong experience supporting large enterprise or global manufacturing environments
  • Experience leading troubleshooting and resolution for P2/P3 network and security incidents
