Description

You will help build enterprise-grade cloud solutions where AI is part of the architecture and operates in production.

As part of the team, you will design and implement algorithms for an MCP Graph Broker, conduct R&D on integrating AI agents with Knowledge Graphs, and develop models that support real-time context management.

The role also includes shaping the project’s technical direction and deploying innovative AI solutions for enterprise environments.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Use knowledge of cloud computing, system integration, and software development

• Design and implement algorithms for the MCP Graph Broker for enterprise environments

• Perform R&D on integrating AI agents with Knowledge Graphs

• Develop models supporting real-time context management

• Co-create the project’s technology roadmap and implement innovative AI solutions in enterprise settings

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in senior, leading, or architectural roles in cloud solutions

• Very strong knowledge of Azure services, microservices architecture, and API management

• Knowledge of the MCP protocol (Model Context Protocol) or similar context protocols

• Experience using machine learning and AI APIs in production environments

• Experience with multi-tenant architecture, including context separation, data isolation, and access policies for SaaS

• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases such as Azure SQL and Cosmos DB and analytics tools

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development tools

• Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and experience leading technical teams

• Interest in new technologies and tracking latest market trends

• Excellent communication skills

• Polish C1+ and English B2+ (spoken and written)

• Ability to work remotely with periodic office presence in Białystok (1 week on-site every 2–3 months)

• Higher technical education (preferably in Computer Science or related)
